New for 2016 Up and Running Oxford have created a bespoke 10 week training plan for the Oxford Town and Gown 10k.

Designed with beginners (or maybe those who have done a 5k before but are jumping up the distance) in mind, this rough guide can be followed to help get you race ready.

Always go at your own pace and don't forget to stretch, stretch, stretch!
