Considerations for parents

If you are a parent also running in the 10k, timing will be tight for you to watch you child finish and then make it to the 10k start line. We recommend that another adult must be available to meet their child at the finish area. There will be a junior run meeting point within the event village for families and school/club teams to gather pre, during and post races.
All runners shoud receive two wristbands with their race pack, which we are asking all runners and parents/guardians to wear so we can ensure runners are being collected safely at the end of the race. This is a safeguarding measure to ensure all junior runners are collected by the right people.
The route
The route will be a 3k fun with the same starting and finish point as the 10k route. The start will be on Victoria Avenue, with runners then going into Jesus Green, followed by Midsummer Common. The run will be chip timed and results will be posted online shortly after the event on

See below an interactive map of the route.
