Welcome to the Town and Gown 10k
Congratulations to all those who took part in the Cambridge Town and Gown 10k - it was a great day and it was fantastic to see so many of you in orange.
Join thousands of runners and take on the challenge to turn Durham, Cambridge and Oxford orange for one day each year. Wearing our trademark, stand-out-from-the-crowd orange T-shirts, come and run the 10k routes around the closed streets, parks and rivers of the historic cities, all in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
All university city routes are unique and scenic, which make them perfect for all runners, including those who want to take to the streets in fancy dress, beginners who have signed up to run their first race, as well as the more experienced runners who want to beat their personal bests.
Choose which Muscular Dystrophy Campaign Town and Gown 10k to sign up for, or take on the challenge of all events and triple your chances to improve your best time!
The Town and Gown 10k series is a great way of supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and rasing much needed funds to fight against muscle-wasting conditions, which affect over 70,000 people in the UK. So far the Town and Gown 10k series has raised over £1 million, which is all down to the dedication of participants who sign up to the events and fundraise for the charity.
